Union Biscuit

What a wonderful experience! I loved that my family full of different dietary preferences and restrictions, from vegan to gluten free to picky eaters, all loved their orders. Little food was left after our meal as we all had to try each other’s dishes, and nothing disappointed. Will certainly be back the next time we’re in the area!

It’s important to note that I did not eat in but ordered take out. You have to order and then you are seated if you are deciding to sit and eat. That is a bit of a nuisance because it’s one line for all orders and it does get very busy. However, everyone is really nice and the food is totally worth it. I had their gravy and their biscuits and without a doubt it was the best biscuit I have had in Las Vegas. Buttery, flaky and generous size you also get to choose from several spreads. I opted for the honey butter and blueberry jam and you can tell it’s all homemade. I am so excited to try more items on their menu. They also have both gluten free and vegan items on their menu which is helpful for those who have varying dietary preferences. They have outdoor seating as well and I saw other pups there so they seem to be dog friendly. Don’t wait to try the biscuits.

Honey and her team have created a unique dining experience here in Las Vegas. Who knew gluten free biscuits and gravy could be so good. the Cheesy Grits and Shrimp took me back to Pensacola memories. definitely a must visit on our next trip to Las Vegas
