Great brewery with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options

Ordered burgers from these guys 3 times this week. Was told there was gluten free buns on the first order. Received regular buns just vegan (found this out on the third order). Second order, I asked for gluten free buns they told me yes and then gave me the regular buns. Third order I asked again and was told that there was no gluten free buns, only vegan and they did my third as a lettuce wrap. Felt cheated on the first two orders for the lack of transparency, and giving me food with gluten twice despite making it clear I have a medical gluten intolerance.
This is basic stuff, and no restaurant should have this kind of issue which is a medical problem for some people. Completely unacceptable.
