URBAN Fresh Burgers & Fries - Herten Triangle

Do not cater for people with real medical allergies ie celiac stoped doing the gluten free buns but have the option of veg i burgers !!!! Choice / not choice highly disappointed and just shows how much the cretins that own it actually care about there costumers shame on you lot !!!!

Visited the Resurant today and was welcomed in by a lovely young lady who seemed very keen to help! We are regulars at urban so we didn’t need the help, it was very nice of her to offer. I have a gluten allergy and I told the lady on the till this and she made everyone aware. I watch everything when my food is being prepared as I need to ensure that I steer clear. The manager noticed that I ordered Halloumi and informed me that they were not gluten free how ever I already new this as the lady on the till already pointed this out and the halloumi was for my partner. The manager then ensured that the surface was cleaned and even brought out new toppings!!! That has never happened to me before, I felt very respected and valued. This has to be the best service that I have every experienced when eating out! The fact that they took my order so seriously. The young lady who greeted us came over and made sure everything was ok. The manager also came over and asked if everything was ok with our food. Over all 5 star service.
