When the manager of the BnB where I am staying suggested this bistro to me, I thought of the usual partnership that occurs between accommodation and catering establishments. Upon entering I was also prejudiced: empty place, elegant almost cool. And yet, what a surprise! Welcomed with a smile, they have many excellent gluten free dishes (I'm orgasming over a plate of AL DENTE penne 🤩 with crispy bacon, burrata, pistachio and chopped hazelnuts), an excellent selection of wines and beers.
