Yeah just lovely, I had the slow beef brisket sandwich, my partner who is coeliac had the frittata. We sat outside, the staff were lovely. All around positive.

What a treat. Highly recommended. 20 out of 5. Food, chef's skills, location, people, welcome....everything... Outstanding. Also REALLY do cater well for those eating Gluten Free food. Wow.

A hyped up place on lots of GF/DF Edinburgh blogs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, Coffe was good, but sadly not a great review from me. Party of 4, prebooked. We arrived hoping for some yummy or interesting breakfasts as the menu seemed to promise. Their gluten free options were limited and the bread served was horrendous quality, not even toasted or buttered?! We paid between £11 and £17 a head. The food was mediocre at best. Would've liked to try the french toast as that looked and smelt amazing!...but it is only available with dairy. Poached eggs tasted of vinegar. I would not recommend the items we chose: za'atar spiced scrambled eggs on toast with spicy hollandaise, fresh coriander & jalapeno salsa - very meh and surprisingly flavourless. poached eggs on toast, + mushrooms + gf bread - tiny mushrooms grilled into oblivion, possibly the worst gf bread ever, untoasted and unbuttered. hummus on sourdough toast with cherry tomatoes, pickled shallots, za'atar, salda verde, capers & crispy chickpeas - the most interesting of all that we ordered, but really needed more salt! Anyone else of hummus being the go-to for vegans?
