I've been coming here since they opened, I've also been ordering the same pizza for about a year. Tonight i ordered the gluten free pizza with bacon, same as usual. Ordered online, picked it up. Got in the car and had a bad feeling so i checked my order. Took one bite out of a silce of pizza and it was disgusting!!!! Went back inside to let them know this was not gluten free and it was also super doughy. The nice young guy behind the counter said "im so sorry let me make another" looked for the dough and looked back at me and said "oh you know what we haven't had gluten free all day" i said no problem i would like a refund. The women ringing the couple up looked over and said "no this is gluten free i make the dough, i can not refund you" I asked the young man for my pizza back and left. The older women was very rude and as long as she is working I will not be coming back!! I got home and put my pizza in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It was not burnt or anything. It was no longer doughy either. Maybe if the women had listened when I was it needed to go back in the oven longer, this wouldn't have been a issue. My main concern is was there gluten free dough today or not?? Were just not wanting to give me my money back?? Either way I will be taking my business else where.

*** edited for stone oak location*** THEY ARE AMAZING, CLEAN AND HELPFUL! I have celiac and I didn't even get slightly sick at this location. I am so grateful to the staff here! Thank you!!! The pizza was really good and I didn't get the slightest bit sick from gluten. I was a little upset that shredded mozzarella was used on my margherita instead of ovilini as stated, and looking at the other toppings I noticed that the shredded cheddar had obvious mold. The service was fast, but the restaurant was kind of dirty for the down time they had. The bathroom is a whole nother story. It's literally falling apart and I hate when the toilet paper roll is just placed on the dirty rail instead of put in the dispenser.
