I really wanted to like this place. For the good parts the setting is very nice and the service staff were phenomenal. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there were many issues with the food. I am gluten-free and the menu listed gluten-free available for their Benedict dishes but most of them could not be made gluten-free. It would have been better to put GFA next to the two that could. I came there specifically because I thought they offered GF chicken and waffles (because of how it was on the menu) but that wasn't so. Found another option. The food came out fast - maybe they should have taken a little longer. Hash browns were not crispy, as requested, egg was under-cooked. I also paid an upgrade to get a GF pancake that was also under-cooked. The food flavor was decent but texture/consistency/cooking was not good. The allergen menu was not actually a menu of items that would satisfy allergies with a note to how to customize them to meet those needs. Instead it was a list of allergies followed by a list of menu items that would need to be altered. Duh - waffles would need to be altered to be gluten-free. That doesn't tell me if you have those available. (They don't.) Lastly, I ended up getting sick after eating here. Not sure if that was due to under-cooked food or cross-contamination. I certainly don't recommend for food allergies/sensitivities.

Nice breakfast place in downtown just near Union station, if you're coming by car just park the car in nearby buildings and walk to this place. Use 16th Street mall raid which connects all the way from civics center. Coming to food, nice fresh and delicious breakfast place. They have good latte and mimosas too. If you like English breakfast then probably you will come to this daily. They know what they are doing, so go and try the menu. Service, they always ask for allergies and they do give options for vegan, gluten free, different sauces like sweet, hot with not just one, many! Just go and try ! Great place to hangout with family for a breakfast.
