First, we were seated promptly at 7 PM, but the evening quickly took a nosedive when the server informed us that they were *already* out of all appetizers. At 7 PM. For a restaurant that boasts an extensive menu, this was beyond disappointing and set the tone for what was to come.
Things only got worse when we noticed that items clearly labeled as "gluten-free" on the menu were, in fact, *not gluten-free.* This is not just misleading—it’s dangerous. As someone who has a serious sensitivity to gluten, I trusted the menu and paid the price. I ended up getting severely sick after the meal, ruining not only my night but several days afterward.
Adding insult to injury, they sneakily included a tip in the bill due to our party size (6 people) but failed to disclose this when presenting the check. They then tricked one of my friends into tipping a second time on top of the already included gratuity. This lack of transparency felt deceptive and unprofessional.
