I heard that there broths for PHO didn’t include soy sauce for us, gluten free girlies. Called to verify and the female who answered made sure to verify with the kitchen. Then I ordered on DoorDash bc I’m sick. Called back to make sure they marked the order Gluten allergy, which she happily did. it was absolutely delicious on arrival. Beef was tender and broth was so rich and unctuous. Added gf soy sauce from home and really enjoyed it.
