I ordered Ushijutake. Anyway, it was delicious. This is all I can say.
The texture, flavor, and seasoning of the Noto beef were amazing.
In addition, the white rice under the meat, the miso soup with Kaga gluten, the sweet potato, and the pickles were all delicious.
I also recommend Kanazawa Winery's red glass, as it is fresh without any bitterness and goes well with Noto beef.
It's relatively full even on weekdays, so I think it's better to make a reservation in advance.
I would like to ask you again. I would like to order Ushiju (Plum) on my next visit.

I ordered Ushiju (plum). The Noto beef premium sirloin was wonderfully delicious. Noto wine goes well with meat.
