Worth the dining experience. Tastiest gluten free soba and seasonal vegetables. Best and Freshest 13 sashimi pieces ( air shipped from Tokyo fish market) all in the soba dish.

The food is incredible. Each dish is so complex and unique, and has its own flavor profile (recommend the soba tea, and the hot duck sobas). Their variety, especially with it all being gluten free, is incredible. And the main star, the buckwheat soba, is a standout. Extra pluses for service and environment. Feels like a Michelin experience.
