V Pizza & Julep - Palm Valley

V Pizza holds a special place in our hearts. Being gluten free I had given up on pizza until they said “try us” and now it’s our go to, but it’s so much more than just pizza! The service is amazing, in every single location! It feels like home from the friendly smiles to the food to the cocktails. Tonight was no exception, the holidays are so stressful and tonight I needed a night “off” we headed to Julep and Laurel was our amazing sweet server, we opted for the Grow a Pear cocktail and I had to pace myself, I could have finished this (and five more) in quick succession! Easily one of the best cocktails we’ve had there! Thank you V Pizza for EVERYTHING you do! Merry Christmas!

We went for pizza and specifically here because they offer gluten-free pizza. They offer a regular GF crust and cauliflower crust. I ordered the regular GF crust. My husband ordered a non GF crust pizza. He enjoyed his pizza for the most part (he ordered the crust well done and it was not well done crust). I was not thrilled with my GF crust, it was over well done and hard to bite into around the edges. I did though enjoy the toppings, they were very good. The atmosphere is nice, rustic and cozy. They have an interesting bar area. Quite an original design. They restaurant is also broken into two sections; one side is counter order, seat yourself, pick up food when your number is called, the other is sit down, server service (we sat on this side). We've eaten at the V's location in Jax Beach before and that pizza was better. I would have to chalk up our dinner as hopefully a one off situation and I would definitely try it again.
