We were here two years ago when it was still a normal restaurant. Everything was really good back then.
Now it's basically a mix between a canteen and a fast food chain.
Order at the terminal, pick up drinks at the bar, pick up food in the kitchen and pay at the counter, all with a queue.
If you don't know it, the concept is so complicated and unfamiliar that you need instruction.
In between dirty tables, torn cards and staff running around like ants.
The food itself tasted and looked good, although the portions were quite small. Gluten-free and vegan options are a plus.
In summary, the problems described are a problem for me considering the price. For the same thing, I get a pizza twice as big as well as service at an Italian restaurant and don't have to wait in line four times. Even at McDonald's they bring food to my table.
