Our meal at Vele was phenomenal. The food was comparable to high-end restaurants in cities like Las Vegas. Our group had people with vegetarian, gluten, and no food-related restrictions and everyone was very happy with their meal. The cocktails were also great. The staff/service also needs to be mentioned. Our server was excellent. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Vele is a great addition to Springfield, IL.

Wow! The vegan tofu dish I had was amazing. It was served over a bed of rice and greens, gluten free as well. Everything we ate and drank was delicious. I can't wait to eat here again
