I've only been there once so far, but I found it incredibly tasty!
A small suggestion for improvement, which is why only 4 stars: it would be helpful if you indicate on your menu whether the dishes are gluten-free. Unfortunately, when you ask, the waitress doesn't know and has to ask in the kitchen. If the answer comes back "it's made from spelled" it's unfortunately not helpful either because every type of grain contains gluten :)
I think it would be really great that you offer a gluten-free alternative for your pasta dishes. It all sounds so incredibly delicious if it weren't for the gluten-containing pasta. The market now offers so much: pasta made from whole grain rice, buckwheat, lentils/chickpeas/peas. The best alternative would be whole grain rice noodles, as they are the most neutral and actually taste like wheat noodles. I would also accept having to wait a little longer for my dish until you have cooked the other pasta. Maybe you could keep something like this in the pantry in case a guest asks if they could have pasta other than the regular one. This way, your menu for gluten-sensitive people wouldn’t be so limited.
