I find this type of cuisine too rare. So, I give it a 5.
The pabellon criollo bowl, the national dish, is very good. I also had a quesua burrito... strong! Just as good.
The papelon con limon drinks and the lulo juice are good but we found it bland. Not our thing.
The cabrita empanadas are my favorite. It's super good if you like eggplant and peppers.
The plantains are well cooked. The garlic sauce and chili sauce are very good. They have flavor and are spicy.
For the service, very kind. Now everything is done by tablet. We don't have to go to the counter... and that's great. But we stay in a fast food restaurant. Maybe that's my problem, the little thing that I missed. I would have liked a restaurant with service and warmth.
Lack of space even if the benches are very comfortable. We can't come with 6 for example. Or you really have to tighten up. 4 max on the tables.
For those intolerant to gluten, there is a choice. arepas and even bowls => no wheat.
Lots of choices for vegetarians too. Almost half the map.
For lactose, there is a bit of choice.
you can make gluten-free, lactose-free and meat-free combos. You have in the vegetarian arepas (gluten-free and meat-free), the veganita. It is lactose-free. The vegan bowl also makes a combo.
Nothing in the empanadas. Sweet potato and cassava fries work too.
In short, I advise. I would like it to work to develop even more. Discover more flavors.
I wish you lots of success.
