The truth is that there was a lack of salt (yes, it is better than too salty but they were bland), and the flavor combinations are very mediocre. The meat doesn't taste like anything. Perhaps due to the lack of seasoning, but if you have tried other smashes in Madrid, you already know that there are many where the flavor or maturation is noticeable. Gluten-free bread has a great texture but is too sweet. It has too much flavor and takes away from the meat. The potatoes were not good. The cheese sauce was atrocious in flavor. I don't know what cheese it is but I suggest swapping it for a simple cheddar. We couldn't finish the shake. It was extremely sweet and just tasted like hazelnut. The chocolate was nowhere to be found. I am aware that I am rating a blind kitchen and that there may be a discrepancy between them and a real establishment. I would like to try it in a place and compare, since I was really looking forward to it and the disappointment has been huge.
