They took a long time to take our order, they brought things late and incorrectly or they didn't even bring them at all (I'm talking about more than an hour late). We told the manager and she didn't even apologize to us, they completely ignored us. Terrible service and part of the food (gluten-free bread) was brought cold and half frozen.

Very bad experience. Regular BBQ ribs quality and they brought me a half portion instead of a whole one I had ordered. One person had celiac disease and they had practically nothing, but they warned him when they brought the food for the rest of the diners. The service a disaster. Absolute inattention. I don't know if it was because it was a shift change or because it was a holiday. In short, terrible experience
