One of my best dining experiences. I am supposed to stay Gluten-free and this restaurant made it easy. They had several great choices. The total wait staff catered to my needs and communicated with each other. Even the delivery helper knew my order and needs. My entre, appetizer, bread and desert were all outstanding. I'll be back soon!

I had a phenomenal date night experience here! Very warm ambience with very attentive and kind staff. I really appreciated how they accommodated our gluten free allergy and kindly separated our chicken parm into two plates for my date and I when I mentioned we were sharing the pasta dish. 5/5. My wife and I chose Valentina's for a date night, and it was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant impressed us with its warm atmosphere, outstanding food, and incredible service. First, I have to mention how accommodating they were with my wife's gluten-free needs. They take it seriously, offering thoughtful options that made her feel completely at ease—a big win for us! As for the food, it was top-notch. I had the Chicken Parmesan, which was an appropriate serving size and perfectly balanced with a delicious combination of Alfredo and red sauce. My wife opted for the Spicy Radiatori, and it lived up to its name—very spicy but absolutely delicious. We also shared the carpaccio, a fresh and flavorful start to our meal, and I couldn’t resist trying their famous braised veal meatball, which was as tender and flavorful as everyone says. Even though we couldn’t get a reservation earlier in the week, they found us a spot in their outdoor seating area with radiant heaters. It was cozy and added a special touch to our evening. The staff were attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Valentina’s delivered an unforgettable dining experience. If you're in Dublin and looking for great food and amazing service, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
