We love this place! The food, atmosphere, and service are top notch. Kaitlyn served us both times we visited and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and wines. We accepted her recommendations and loved our choices. My wife is gluten sensitive and can eat the pizza here because the pizza flour is imported.

My first time in Valentina’s was wonderful! Fantastic staff, clean and happy environment and the food was OFF THE CHARTS!!! Best part is I’m seriously Gluten intolerant and I can eat the regular pizza crust (the cauliflower crust IS good, too!) because the owner Joe Carlucci imports true organic Italian flour that doesn’t bother my system at all!
