Valentina's Ristorante

Had an EXCELLENT dinner at Valentina's tonight. We started with tortellini in brodo and stracciatella soup. Both served nice and hot and the broth was perfectly seasoned. Our entrees were perfection! My husband ordered the veal parmigiana. The veal was tender in a tasty red sauce accompanied by a crispy potato croquette. I ordered chicken martini - chicken coated in Parmesan cheese in a dry vermouth and white wine sauce that was without a doubt the best chicken dish I've ordered at a restaurant! Tender chicken seasoned perfectly surrounded in the most delicious sauce accompanied by roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. We finished our amazing meal with an espresso martini, chocolate mousse cake made in house and tartufo. The service was impeccable despite being extremely busy on Valentine's Day. The owner stopped by our table more than once to check in. On a side note, I have celiac disease and all my courses were prepared gluten free. We will definitely be back to Valentina's!
