Being celiac, I can eat a good poutine at Valentine's by calling about ten minutes before our arrival at the restaurant to make sure the fryer for blanching the potatoes is on. Thank you!

Very good service given by a friendly and efficient team! In addition, as I am celiac, I have the option of a gluten-free poutine with fries cooked in an oil bath dedicated for this purpose.
