I had a gluten-free poutine (safe for celiacs, no cross-contamination. They have a launderer that they use only for fries. Ideally, call 15-20 minutes in advance so it can be heated).
It lacked a little sauce, but otherwise it was very good. Thank you to the staff for taking precautions so we could eat at the restaurant.
