What an amazing experience we had with Valentino ! Honestly after spending 3 weeks in Italy this was one of the best experiences we had. Valentino was so kind and taught us pretty well how to do the pasta, the Mozzarella Fior di latte and the tiramisu ! He even did a Gluten free pasta and tiramisu for me, as I’m celiac. I extremely recommend this activity ! In addition he showed us the most beautiful place we’ve been in the world, which was nearby his place (we went walking) 🤩🤩🤩🤩🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

My husband and I joined in the cookery class whilst staying here and loved it. Organic ingredients at their freshest and best from the farm are used to create a wonderful meal in a beautiful setting. This is a family run concern and the love for what they do and share shines through. Would highly recommend it and they were even able to show me how to make gluten free pasta and Tiramisu :-)
