Valentinos Ristorante Italiano

My cousin's girlfriend was visiting from out of town and she had mentioned that she hadn't had Italian and quite some time because of her celiac. During a previous visit I had seen that they had gluten-free pasta options and decided to try it out. The manager came and greeted us and reassured her that it would be gluten-free. If you know anything about celiac disease you know how important it is to ensure that you know you are not going to have any cross-contamination of gluten. Needless to say she was able to eat her pasta without getting sick and it was quite delicious. We were very happy with our visit. We will continue to frequent our favorite Italian restaurant!

Valentinos is easily the best Italian food in Rowlett or Rockwall. If you dine in you're guaranteed excellent service from one of their veteran servers that recognize you every time you return. The fresh bread is so delicious that you could make a meal out of it, but don't! There's so much more! The Tortellini Aurora has been my go to dish for at least 8 years until I discovered the Niko's Special. My wife loves their Baked Ziti and we even found plenty of gluten free options on their menu. All the food is fresh and comes out of the kitchen fast. It's not a huge space so things can get busy, but it's worth the wait!
