I have been to Valley twice this year. This is a stellar experience all around. The food and wine are divine. I have a gluten free diet restriction and many of their entrees and sides are gluten free. One of the plates I got was Roasted Stone Fruit with Ricotta. The flavors and textures were wonderful. My partner and I shared the Lamb dish, and he raved about it. This type of restaurant fits me because they have a lot of shareable plates. It is a small menu that changes (apparently).

Had so many gluten free, and dairy free options - the staff was very knowledgeable about food allergies. Felt confident eating there with celiac. Food was delicious too. I know it sounds basic but get the salad as a starter, so good!
