We have visited the Valley Chop House a few times since they opened a few weeks ago. I had reached out to them prior and they told me many items on the menu can be made gluten free and they have a dedicated fryer. We have eaten at the bar once, awesome drinks by Nancy! And in the dining room twice, Courtney was our waitress the first time and We asked for her again- she is outstanding! The food is amazing! The steaks and sides are delicious. Chili (not GF) and the hot honey carrots were favorites. The stars were the Tomahawk and the bone in rib eye- just fantastic! Overall a terrific dining experience!
