We have been here many times and always loved the brick oven pizzas. This experience was not a good one. We hope this was just a bad day as it used to be one of our go-to restaurants. We came to celebrate a birthday with a party of 7. It was one of our most favorite pizzerias and a family birthday destination. Unfortunately, it was hotter in the restaurant than outside this time. Service was slow, and to refill our drinks, we had to find the waitress. One pizza was pretty good with some charring, but the second was burnt on the bottom. One of our guests had a severe allergy to gluten and eggs and was told there were no accommodations, so instead of eating with us, she ate before the party and just came to celebrate. I am very saddend about the changes. I really miss the Hayesville location, which was totally awesome.
