The best ambiance! We love Valley Smoke for family dinners and for bringing friends who are visiting. The staff is always super friendly and the environment is great. Being vegan and gluten free I love that there are meal options besides just a salad. Extra perk is being right off the ICW watching boats go by and taking in the beauty!

Michelle was our server and she was superb. She knew all the facts for gluten free options and made great suggestions. The BBQ was amazing. Brisket, ribs and pulled pork were tender and juicy. The sides were just as good. Thanks Michelle ( and the rest of the Valley Smoke staff) for an outstanding dining experience.
