We had a room in the new wing and what a luxury it was! Beautiful clean rooms, friendly staff, good food and lots for our son to do.
Very important: the staff takes dietary preferences into account during dining if you indicate this. I eat both gluten and cow's milk free and the staff, in collaboration with the kitchen, were able to make a huge difference in this regard. Cheers!
