Only the Pinsa dough is gluten-free. When preparing salad, care is taken to ensure that there is no contamination.

Extremely good for those with celiac disease. I ordered the gluten-free pinsa and watched as it was prepared separately in a special bowl. I'm glad that attention was also paid to Kross contamination. Plus it was extremely tasty :)
It would just be nice if there was also gluten-free pasta.
