Really disappointed that there isn’t a gluten free pasta option. Easy enough, ok for the kids.

Slowest Vapiano in the world. Whenever you come, regardless of day or time, you wait minimum 45 mins to 1 hour. Tables are not clean, plants on the table are not taken care of, always dry. They do not have enough staff. Very bad management overall. They can serve much better and make more money if they had a proper management. We still come because they serve glutenfree pasta, which is the only reason why we still come.
