Vapiano's is always great to have lunch. Love their pasta and being celiac I can always count on my GF pasta with zoodles - so delish and made with care. The last two times we were looked after by a very friendly, efficient young lady named Harsh. She is an asset to you with her excellent service!

Ordered online at 730pm for 815pick up. Upon arrival i had to wait 10mins before talking to staff despite only a couple of tables were busy. After 10mins i was told it will be ready in 5 mins. After 5 mins i was told that they don't have gluten free pasta and offered alternatives. After confirming, i received my dinner past 9pm, after the restaurant was closed. Manager was not concerned to come and apologise for this neither did the staff check up the order and try to contact me before time if no gluten free pasta was available. After waiting for an hour the food was bland and disappointing
