Don't come here for the gluten-free pasta, they offer this as an alternative, but they did tell me that the GLUTEN-FREE pasta is cooked in regular pasta water with gluten. This means that the GLUTEN-FREE pasta is no longer gluten-free. Then I asked several employees which sauces were gluten-free. No one, not even the chef or manager, actually had an answer to this. The answer I received was that all sauces are “probably” gluten-free, but that it would be best to go for a tomato sauce to be on the safe side. It is very special that no one knows exactly what goes into the sauce, not even the manager or chef. It's a shame if you think you can safely eat somewhere with a gluten allergy and then cross-contamination and ignorance about your own products are treated in this way. This mistake left me in pain for weeks. I hope to inform others with a gluten allergy/intolerance about the working method of this Vapiano

The vegan and gluten-free pasta was delicious, but you couldn't sit comfortably there.
