Vedge

I’ve been to a lot of nice vegan restaurants, but this was one of the best I’ve been to! We were a big party so we ordered one of everything on the menu and everything was incredible! Every drink was also so good, and the atmosphere and service was so wonderful! It was so worth the trip and I hope to be back! It was also very gluten free friendly.

I chose the vedge experience to try 3 dishes and desert for $65/person. All the plates were not only uniquely thought through and delicious, but also presented like works of art. I really enjoyed the creative balance of flavors they used from only plant sources that even mimicked non-vegetarian dishes I've had before. Menu rotates seasonal so I will be returning soon and is well accomodating for gluten free patrons. An experience well worth trying

We had some really tasty dishes at vedge tonight. My favorites were the carrot rillettes and eggplant with pesto. The portions were on the smaller end, but with 5 items we felt adequately sated. The only thing that made this four instead of five stars was the arepa pancake. The topping was super salty and it wasn’t very flavorful unfortunately. Everything else was fabulous though. Service was great. They were accommodating for gluten allergies. Overall it was a good experience and I look forward to trying it again.
