VegGeez Plant Based Eatery

Y’all, don’t sleep on Veggeez Plant Based Eatery!! They are completely vegan, but you would never know it! Everything we have had there has been awesome and we never leave hungry! Tonight our group had the chili cheez fries, the butternut squash/sage/beyond sausage pasta (gluten free), the mushroom Rueben, French onion soup, the kids Dino nuggies, and a carrot cake to go because we were all so full from dinner! The restaurant has such a cute eclectic vibe and you can tell the owners really care about their work! 10/10⭐️

Food was 5 star delicious! I got the Indonesian Cauliflower, South Pacific Burger, made with their housemade white bean and herb patty and chili as the side because I just had to try it. All were presented beautifully and so flavor forward. The burger was made over a bed of lettuce to reduce gluten . The chili was super good. Even though I was stuffed, I had to try the Citrus Cheesecake because I saw it on Facebook. To my surprise, the cheesecake was $12 a serving. However, it's easily 2 servings. It also was a bit of a letdown for me. I didn't get citrus at all. I think it could use some extract as opposed to zest and definitely more sugar. Basically, I got a strong flavor of plain cream cheese that I would smear on my bagel with a tasty graham cracker crust. There are plenty of tables, and it's done cute with nice retro music. And they even have a donate a plate wall. I will definitely be back to try other items.
