Vegan Nova

Working out here for a few weeks, one of my colleagues is vegan and recommended this place. I was NOT disappointed! The food was DELICIOUS!😋 I enjoy exploring vegan options, and it was my first time eating jackfruit. It was also a bonus to support a Black-owned and woman-owned business! 👏🏾👏🏾 We loved the family atmosphere, and will definitely be back! I had the barbecue jackfruit sandwich and fries. There are at least three other dishes I want to try! Oh! And the cookies!!🥰😋 Who KNEW vegan and gluten-free could taste so good?!😮

Visiting Detroit for the weekend. Used rhe Happy Cow app and found this place. Loved all the options on the menu. Very personable as I had many questions about the menu as I am gluten free. While the menu is not entirely gluten free there are many other options to choose from. It was fantastic to learn it is a family affair. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming because of this. The decor inside is nice and comforting. My lettuce wrap "beef" was freshly made so that it did not contain gluten (soy sauce is used). That right there was exceptional customer service. The food tasted really good and the hardest part was waiting until I got back to my hotel to eat. Next time we are in Detroit I will be coming back. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality!
