VeganO MexicanO pdx

As a Mexican-food loving vegan with Celiac, this place is truly my wildest dream come true. Since 2017 I have been wanting an authentic vegan Mexican restaurant to open up that truly offers gluten-free options. VeganO has done it! The enmoladas were delicious and I can't wait to come back and try every single gluten-free item on the menu.

Omg yes yes yes. I heard of this place but hadn't been but saw it suddenly available for delivery and went for it. If the food was this good having been delivered, I can only imagine what it will be like eating there. The waffle with Tres Leche and pineapple was so banging. I am gluten free and vegan and this waffle was the biggest fluffiest thing I've ever seen, like a dreamy cinnamon roll. And I've missed taquitos since being vegan and was sceptable about them being filled with tofu scramble but DAMN, so much flavor and they got such a nice texture on the tofu. Salsas are flavorful and spicy. I will be back all the time and with friends. Thank you for existing and answering my prayers. Heads up for them - delivery forces you to choose protein add ons at an extra charge instead of being optional and then it didn't come with it anyway. Just a heads up. I ain't even mad.
