GLUTEN FREE -- YES! BEST IN HILO AREA! The owner is extremely knowledgable about gluten free and GF options are great! In the daily buffet -- 4+ out of 12 things were GF (and we went 4 days in a row). And the owner told me if they were out of GF things in the buffet, he would make me something GF from the menu. Buffet items are 3 servings for $15, or $5 each. And since everything is Vegan, our whole party could eat there and enjoy many different options. AND since we were ordering from the buffet -- so QUICK! Only negative -- be sure to check their hours and which days they are open. (when we were there, they closed at 4pm Tues-Sat, and were closed Sun and Mon.

Best restaurant on the island. Great gluten free options! Just talk to the very friendly owner.
