I never eat outside of my own home. It's probably been 6 - 7 years since I've eaten in a restaurant.
Celiac disease means even with accidental cross contamination I am typically looking at 6 - 8 weeks recovery time. So I just don't bother.
Yesterday my friend suggested we try Vegolution.
I saw a post with a picture about how they prepare their gluten free options and was feeling brave so I agreed to try.
I am soooooo glad I did 🤩
The food was amazing, AND I didn't have any issues or reactions.
We even had dessert, as a former gluten free baker I was super impressed with everything!
