Great for a casual lunch or dinner — located in the Park Road Shopping Center, on the side near Michael’s, parking it usually quite easy. The team seemed friendly (and patient). The menu is displayed on the wall as you walk in — it seems to delay visitors and create a bit of a line upon entry (there are also paper/printed menus closer to the register). [To the restaurant— it would be nice if these were also available near the door.]
Nonetheless, the menu is clearly labeled with gluten-free options (and veg options). After you order, you grab a table and wait for the team to announce your food is ready — in a fun manner such as “it’s taco time”! I enjoyed the loaded tots and the nachos (both gluten-free) the food was fresh and flavorful. These portions are definitely big enough to share between two people. One note if you are dining in, it is kind to clear your own table, which should include cleaning up food dropped on the table. The team seems to come around and wipe down tables, but on a busy night, it was amazing to see how many diners had not cleaned up after themselves.
