Over the weekend, we celebrated our son's birthday with an order of pizza, and it was a hit. Our oldest son, who has dietary restrictions requiring him to avoid gluten and dairy, was particularly thrilled with his special pizza. Impressed by this initial experience, and seeing how much our son enjoyed his pizza, we decided to order again to satisfy his craving. This time, I opted for a pizza bowl, catering to my diabetic needs for a low-carb option. However, my son's delight with his pizza was not mirrored in my experience. The pizza bowl was disappointingly messy, resembling a concoction of cheese-topped tomato water with meat and vegetables that one had to painstakingly 'fish out.' Having made pizza bowls myself during my time working at a competitor, I was surprised by this lackluster execution, as my creations never turned out watery or unappetizing. Regrettably, I will not be spending my money on a pizza bowl again.
