Hello my name is Montse I have many problems with food allergies to gluten, milk protein, nuts, banana, strawberry, chocolate, I'll tell you why with so many allergies that are not intolerances but allergies, I can hardly go to eat at a restaurant that guarantees me that there is no cross contamination, but with Venta Esteban I am delighted, I have never gotten sick and I can eat a variety of cooked dishes with total confidence, which is the most important thing for my health, they have strict control of both the waiters and the kitchen, this is how it is a pleasure to go out to eat, 100% recommended. When I have a lunch or dinner with friends or family I do not hesitate, I directly pick up the phone and make a reservation stating my problem.
