I've been gluten free for 13 years, required to mitigate severe migraines. I ordered one of the items on the menu and asked the server to confirm that it was gluten free. She checked with the kitchen and came back with a response that they were too busy to check. Keep in mind this is a food establishment and gluten / wheat is one of the 8 allergens recognized by the FDA. And they couldn't be bothered checking to see if my order was going to make me sick from allergens. This was the first time in my life I walked out of the establishment. Complete disregard for food allergies and a patrons health.
