I have ordered food from here several times, good service arrives on time. Also picked up coffee once, unfortunately the coffee had fallen. But a new coffee was very neatly prepared for me, top service. Also a range of gluten-free products which I am very happy with!

Very disappointed! So far, as regular customers, we have been able to leave satisfied despite the slow service. We came here because they also have gluten-free snacks. Our son can only eat gluten-free. We never made a point if there was sometimes too much noise inside, for example due to music and crowds. What we experienced today is really unacceptable! That's not how you treat your customers. I find the way that lady with short hair and glasses treated us very rude! We have always had good contact with her and she has undone that today. Today was the conclusion of the evening four-day event. We had made a reservation a week in advance. Today we were given a table that was actually not in a good spot at all. People squeezed past me to get to their tables. Several people have also bumped into me and even had drinks poured over me! The staff saw this, but instead of doing anything about it, they also followed me in the same way. After waiting for 45 minutes, our meals were served and our son's would arrive immediately. We think it is very important that we all enjoy a meal together at the same time. So we waited for our son's food. The wait stretched to half an hour and it was still not on the table!! In between I asked where it was but received no feedback. And in the meantime our food was on the table and of course it was no longer edible. Finally we walked to the cash register and left everything as is! We had to wait another 10 minutes at the cash register so that we could pay for the food we had not eaten. It was chaos at the checkout. I asked for a manager, who could not be found. Ultimately paid a bill of 53 euros. Only a bottle of ice tea was consumed from the order. The rest has been on the table. At the checkout I speak to another customer who was literally breathing down my child's neck. She felt addressed and her husband joined the conversation by shouting. They didn't handle this well either. The same lady with short hair and glasses didn't even want to listen to us. She was very rude and really insulted us with her behavior. I expected her to just listen instead of shouting along. After such an experience we will never return here! You guys literally got free money today! Last time!
