What a cool experience! I loved the diversity of foods at Central Market Denver. Vero was the star of the show. I had the Bear Pizza on gluten free crust. The. Best. GF crust. I've. Ever. Had.

Usually, we love eating at Vero, but this visit was disappointing. We sat at the bar and specifically asked the person at the register to let us know when the pizza came out of the oven so it wouldn’t get cold. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold when it arrived. The crust had too much flour underneath and my partner’s gluten-free pizza was burnt, with unmelted cheese. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
