Verre Pickl’

We had an incredible dining experience at Verre Pickl’. We’re six Floridians visiting Quebec, and as someone who loves food and more “cheffy” establishments, I was so excited to come across Verre Pickl’. I’m very glad we were able to snag a reservation. The food was outstanding. We were joined by a friend visiting from Mexico, and he raved about the tamales and the flavors, which reminded him of home. I also want to highlight how accommodating the team was. One of our guests does not eat gluten or red meat, and Alex was incredibly helpful. I reached out by email, and she thoughtfully arranged special items so our guest could fully enjoy the meal. We felt genuinely well cared for throughout the evening, and you can truly feel how passionate the chefs are. At the end of the meal, we were offered a digestif and treated to an incredible cocktail. I love being able to support and dine at an establishment like this! Keep it up!

Thank you, Jerome, for a wonderful evening. Outstanding meal of local, seasonal ingredients with Mexican influence. Every course was memorable and top notch. The Mexican inspired corn was perfection; the scallop crudo and lamb tacos were absolutely delectable; and peach dessert was incredible. I really appreciate Jerome modifying things to make it all gluten and lactose free for me. Warm, welcoming and relaxing vibe. Hope to return next time we’re in Quebec.
