This is the best airport food I've ever had!! Seriously phenomenal. As someone with food allergies, I almost never find an option while flying. Vessel Kitchen had plenty of options to check the gluten free and dairy free boxes. The restaurant is clean, fast, friendly, and informative. The food is delicious!! I got the shoyu tuna, thai noodle salad, and roasted sweet potatoes. Each item was great and went so well together. The sweet potatoes especially exceeded expectations! Highly recommend if you are a traveler with food allergies.

My food tasted great, and service was friendly. But I am celiac and had a bad reaction to items that were marked gluten-free on the menu, even after having a conversation with the cashier to make sure everything really was safe for me. If you don't have a food allergy, enjoy, because it tasted great! But if you do have a food allergy or sensitivity, I would steer clear. P.S. I had the falafel, harissa carrots, and tomato, cucumber, and feta
