Very good gluten free and vegan option

I expected a little more from the restaurant. The place has a very good atmosphere. However, one of the reasons that led me to make a reservation to go with friends was because of the menu with gluten free options. However, even with allergen symbols on the menu, there is cross contamination and this makes no sense at all. Luckily the waitress Suelen was great, very patient and helpful, I explained that I was celiac and she would always check. As the restaurant was full, there was no way they could offer me the “gf” options that appeared on the menu. the only option available was salad, but we later discovered that it was no longer an option, due to the assembly as those who assemble it have contact with bread. However, Suelen went to the kitchen and they were going to prepare something for me, once again she was amazing. The drinks, atmosphere and food were great, but there should be greater care with allergenic signs, after all, not everyone doesn't consume gluten for fitness reasons but for health reasons. If the person who served us hadn't been so sweet, careful and attentive, I would follow the menu and eat something I can't due to a flawed and wrong menu.
