I did an Uber delivery order yesturday of over $100 for four pizzas a gluten free pizza which was an missing item I never received and a lrg buffalo chicken pizza with ranch drizzle but instead I got BBQ chicken pizza the other two pizzas was ground beef lrg,& veggie pizza lrg which was tasteless cold with no flavor I called To let them know what happened and I was told to report it to Uber eats support help I did that and Uber support said the store doesn't have the option to modify orders,adjust the price,or refund the order this is very unpleasant and by far the worst experience I have had it isn't fair because I paid for this order and didn't receive what I actual paid for and the only way to get delivery from them is through Uber eats and I was only able to use deliver at the time is their anyway I can speak to someone to help me with this situation.?
